Tamiya 24042 1/24 Sport Car Nissan 300ZX 2 Seater

In 1984, Datsun adopted the name Nissan to expand their vehicles to the American Market. Datsun decided to change their company name due to American s association with Datsun and production of WWII Japanese fighter planes. The original Datsun Z-cars were produced in 1970. Z-cars refers to the Datsun/Nissan sports car series which were developed to give consumers a dependable, reasonably priced car with high performance. The Nissan Fairlady 300ZX Z31 was the third and fourth line of Z-cars. The chassis is an enhanced version of the 280ZX. Both the 300ZX and 280ZX chassis have the same wheelbase and semi-trailing arm independent suspension. However, the 300ZX was superior in handling and acceleration. The 300ZX was equipped with a 3.0L V6 turbocharged engine which produced 230hp.

Tamiya 26541 1/48 Finished Model U.S. M8 Greyhound Finish

The M8 was produced in 1942, by the Ford Motor Company to help the US reconnaissance forces in World War II. The M8 was nicknamed the 'Greyhound' by British forces after viewing the vehicles thin armor and quick speeds. The liquid-cooled 110hp engine produced top speeds of 88km/h. The armored car was developed for a four-man crew, which included a commander, gunner, driver and radio operator. Features of the vehicle include an open-top turret, 37mm cannon, a coaxial M1919A4-7.62mm machine gun and M2-12.7mm anti-aircraft heavy machine gun. A majority of the M8 armored cars were used in the reconnaissance and armored battalions in Europe. Up to 1945, 8,523 vehicles were produced. However, even after the war ended, NATO forces continued to use this military vehicle.

About the Yamaha XV1600 Road Star
Yamaha shocked the motorcycle world once again when it brought out the XV1600 Road Star, a unique combination of traditional cruiser design with state of the art technology. The construction of the machine is focused on providing the maximum amount of comfort, performance and style to today's large capacity cruiser customer. The XV1600 is powered by a huge 1,600cc air-cooled V-twin pushrod engine housed in an ultra-long and low chassis. This OHV engine pumps out 46.3kW (62.6PS) at 4,000rpm and features an electric starter. The front suspension of this machine consists of telescopic forks, while the rear consists of a swinging arm monocross. This gorgeous motorcycle was voted "1999 Cruiser Bike of the Year" by Cruising Rider magazine.

Tamiya 12041 1/12 Big Scale Car Porsche 910 (w/PE Parts)

Debuted in 1967, the Porsche 910 was designed specifically for international endurance racing. The Porsche 910 featured improvements from its predecessor the Porsche 906. This race car introduced a tubular frame chassis with a double wishbone suspension, lower nose, and less pronounced front fender, which made the vehicle more aerodynamic. Even though the Porsche 910 was powered by a 2.0 liter, 6-cylinder engine, it managed to take second place against larger engined cars such as the Nissan R381 and Toyota7 at the Japanese Grand Prix, in 1968. After victories at Sicily's Targa Florio and Germany's 1,000 kilometer of Nurburgring, the Porsche earned its competitive title.
